Enrofloxacin is a broad-spectrum antibacterial that belong to group of fluoroquinolones. It is given bactericidal effect by blocking the activity of the enzyme of Bacterial DNA-jiraz.

The main bacterias susceptible to Enrofloxasin: E.coli, Salmonella sp., Enterobacter sp., Serratia sp., Proteus sp., Klebsiella sp., Shigella sp., Yersinia sp., Moraxella sp., Acinobacter sp., Actinobacillus sp., Pasteurella sp., Leptospira sp., Campylobacter sp., Citrobacter sp., Haemophilus sp., Ehrlichia sp., Coxiella brunetti, including those resistant to methicillin and gentamicin Staphylococcus sp., including those in the penicillin-resistant N.gonorrhoeae, N. meningiditis, Corynebacterium sp., Chlamydia sp., V.cholerae, Mycoplasma sp.

Strep, suis, Strep, agalactia, Strep dysgalactia, Strep, zooepidemicus, R.equi, Mycobacterium sp. are shown moderate sensitivity.

If not otherwise recommended by veterinarians;

Broiler chickens, the drug is applied 10 mg / kg body weight / day dose into account that drinking water. Although it varies that depending on water consumption, Roxanova Oral Solution is attended 100 ml of 200 liters of drinking water for every 1000 kg of live weight.

Treatment should be continued for 3-5 days. It is recommended 5-10 days to types of infections caused by Salmonella and Pasteurella.
